It’s not surprising that Heidi Montag takes pride in her appearance.
To stay in shape, the former Hills star, 25, works out in L.A. with her husband, Spencer Pratt, 28. “I’m doing Crossfit, which is really intense, really hardcore,” Montag, who underwent 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day in 2010, tells Celebuzz. “It’s what Olympic professional athletes do in their off-season.”
Montag and Pratt also train twice a week with Michael Casey, who the buxom blonde calls “a martial arts master.”
When she exercises at home, however, “I row for like 20 minutes, [then run for] 30 minutes on the treadmill. I do half an hour to an hour of cardio on my own. I do my workout five or six days a week,” Montag says. “I’m from Colorado, so I love being athletic. I grew up doing sports.”
Though she tries to maintain a healthy lifestyle, the ex-MTV reality star admits she’s got a few vices, too. “I have my weaknesses. I love wine. I don’t think I could ever give it up — red, predominantly. Red wine and tequila — those two things I won’t be able to give up,” Montag says. “I only drink once or twice a week. I used to drink more regularly, and I’m trying to cut down.”
